NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated DECEMBER 19, 2011, and entered in 2009-CA-5231 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDER FOR ARGENT SECURITIES TRUST 2005-W5, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-W4, is the Plaintiff and PETER A. MCLEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER A. MCLEA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE LYNCH; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MARK POLACEK are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 am on JANUARY 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 86 FEET OF LOTS 31 AND 32 AND THE NORTH 1.2 FEET OF LOT 33, OF YARBOROUGH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
