NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 005485, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC3 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and KAREN A. SPERRY; DENNIS J. SPERRY; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 19 day of JANUARY, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, WOODS OF WHITFIELD, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGES 33 AND 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
