ALL THAT CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: LOT 143, SPRINGWOOD VILLAGE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 75, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THAT part described as follows: commence at the common corner between lots 143 and 144 of springwood village on the northerly right-of-way boundary of redwillow court; thence along the common boundary between lots 143 and 144, north 17°18'08” EAST, 61.42 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID COMMON BOUNDARY THE FOLLOWING CALLS: NORTH 17°18'08” EAST 4.17 FEET, NORTH 27°41'52” WEST, 14.14 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID COMMON BOUNDARY; SOUTH 17°54'33” EAST, 17.34 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. and commonly known as: 5105 REDWILLOW CT, TAMPA, FL 33624; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on January 11, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
