NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated December 2 2011, entered in Case No. 10-CA-005901 Div. B of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Thomas V. Stookey; Wendy K. Stookey; Suntrust Bank; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, 2:00 P.M., on March 26, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 29, BLOCK 31, SUNSET PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
