Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered on December 7, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 183, OF CAMBRIDGE H CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS 2950, PAGE 688 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2202 Clubhouse Drive Unit 183, Sun City, Florida 33573, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on January 11, 2012, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
