NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 01, 2011 and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-005782 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and GARY A RICHARDSON AND UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY A RICHARDSON, IF MARRIED; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida,, at on the 11 day of January, 2012, @ 2 pm, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
