NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 1, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-009613 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2nd Floor of the Geroge E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street in Tampa, Florida IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES at 10:00 a.m. on January 9, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lot 6, Block 9, Berkeley Square, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 0078, Page 0055 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, FL.
The real property or its address is commonly known as 12444 Berkeley Square Drive, Tampa, FL 33626.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
