NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure sale dated December 1, 2011, and entered in 08-CA-027857 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and ROSA MARTINEZ A/K/A ANA R. COX A/K/A ANA R. MARTINEZ A/K/A ANA R. BRYSON; ANA R. COX; GEORGE W. COX II; JODY L. BRYSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, at 2pm on January 3, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, IN BLOCK 3, OF NITA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, ON PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
