D, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC by Assignment of Mortgage from BANCO POPULAR NORTH AMERICA , is the Plaintiff and JUAN J. ROSAS, MARIA JUISA MEDINA, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY JUSTICE COURTHOUSE 800 Twiggs Street Tampa, Florida 33602 AT 2:00 O'CLOCK P.M., ON THE 10 DAY OF January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 69.45 FEET OF THE NORTH 459.45 FEET OF LOT 55-A, TEMPLE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
which has the address of: 8408 NORTH ORANGE PLACE TAMPA FL 33617.
