NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 23, 2009 and an Order Resetting Sale dated December 8, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-11599 DIV B UCN: 292009CA011599XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein Bank of America, National Association, as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank, N.A. As Trustee for the MLMI Trust Series 2006-MLN1 is Plaintiff and LAURA L. BAKER A/KA LAURA J. BAKER; WILLIAM A. BAKER; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. F/K/A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK; HARBOURSIDE AT HARBOUR ISLAND HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE SOUTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 9th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 8, HARBOURSIDE AT HARBOUR ISLAND PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
