NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of August, 2010, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-000813, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Room 202 of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa FL 33602, at 10 A.M. on the 5th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 4, WEST MEADOWS PARCEL “5” PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 79, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
