NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 2, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-019390 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Gibsonton, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at George Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs St. Room 201/202, Tampa, FL. 33602 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of January, 2012 at 10:00 AM the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 25, in Block 10, of Kings Lake Phase 3, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 94, Page 12, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the les pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
