NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13th, 2011 and entered in Case No. 09-CC-019916, Div. J, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein townhomes of Kings Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Telicia Nicol Lewis is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 3rd day of February, 2012, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Block 20, Kings Lake Townhomes, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page 51, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
