Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on April 27, 2010, and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered in this cause on December 6, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 20, CITRUS GREEN PHASE 2, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 55, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
(the “Property”)
to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in Rooms 201/202 of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, at 10:00 a.m., on January 26, 2012.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
