NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on December 12, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-025780 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP., is Plaintiff, and, TUTIVEN, MITCHELL, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2 pm, on the 19 day of January, 2012, the following described property:
LOT 15 AND 16, BLOCK 1, ARMENIA HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
