THE SOUTH 210.0 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 25.0 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND LESS THE WEST 403.38 FEET AND LESS THE EAST 807.12 FEET THEREOF IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13906 ROULERSON ROAD, RIVERVIEW, FL 33569-6550; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on January 18, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
