NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure sale dated December 13, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-011730 DIV K of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE IN TRUST FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR ARGENT SECURITIES TRUST 2006-M2, ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-M2, is the Plaintiff and ELIJAH BROADNAX; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIJAH BROADNAX; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC F/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA); NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLAYTON MAXWELL; III AS OF 7/12/1991; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants. Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at The George Edgecomb Building, 2nd fl, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on February 3rd, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 8, REVISED MAP OF RUBENSTEIN'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
