NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 13th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-1530 DIV A UCN: 292011CA001530XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JUAN E. BUCHELI; PATRICIA M. HOLGUIN; CARROLLWOOD OAKS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; Unknown Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, or Having or Claiming to Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 am on the 13th day of February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 1, CARROLLWOOD OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 53, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. LESS THE SOUTH 104 FEET THEREOF.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
