NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 12, 2011, and entered in Case No 10-CA-000135, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff and SCOTT L. FERRERA; AMY L. FERRERA; RANDALL CARL; DENISE CARL; SUNTRUST BANK; THE LINKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: 2ND FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, Room 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FLORIDA 33602 at 2pm on the 19 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8 IN BLOCK 10 OF BLOOMINGDALE SECTION “AA/GG” UNIT 3, PHASE 2 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 78, PAGE 36, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
