NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 20, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated December 15, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-32504 (B)of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS,INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-18, Plaintiff, and JEAN ESQUERRE, MARIA ESQUERRE, MALIN ESQUERRE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MALIN ESQUERRE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN#100178020060443985), SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Defendant.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202, of the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 02:00 PM, on the 23rd day of January, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, IN BLOCK G, OF MEADOWBROOKE AT SUMMERFIELD UNIT IV, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, AT PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
