NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 06, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated December 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 10-CA-03560 (A)of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MLMI TRUST SERIES 2006-HE1, Plaintiff, and RENIEL DOCASAL and NANCY PENA, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202, of the George E. Edgecomb Building, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10 AM, on the 26 day of March, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9, 10 AND 11, BLOCK 8, OF PINEHURST PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
