NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 4, 2011 and an Order Resetting Sale dated December 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-17065 DIV D UCN: 292010CA017065XXXXXX of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-RFC1, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and RAUL E. MADAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC MIN NO. 100190821091128881; WATERSIDE COMMUNiTY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF WATERSIDE III, INC.; JOHN ROMERO; GINA ROMERO; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 17 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT NO. 203, BUILDING NO. 7, OF WATERSIDE CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE(S) 17, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4639, PAGE 346, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
