UNIT 102, BUILDING 125, OAKWOOD COURT CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TOT HE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTION, EASEMENT, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3760, PAGE 1245, AND THE RE-DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3823, PAGE 959 AND RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3870, PAGE 1898, AS AMENDED; AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 25, BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 125 PICARDY VILLA CIRCLE #102, BRANDON, FL 33510; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on January 26, 2012 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
