Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 15, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN THE COUNTY OF HILLSBOROUGH, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 27, BLOCK B, COPPER RIDGE-TRACT B2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 87 PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 810 ROCKY MOUNTAIN COURT, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on February 10, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
