NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure on Color-Crown Mortgaged Property” (the “Final Judgment”), entered in the above-styled action in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of Hillsborough County will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, as described on the attached Exhibit “A”, to the highest bidder, for cash, to be held on the front steps of the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, Florida, 33602, on January 23, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.:

The East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS AND EXCERT road right-of-way for Sligh Avenue; ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT right-of-way on South side thereof for Interstate 4 (S.R. Rd. 400).
AND
The Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 28 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT right-of-way for Sligh Avenue; ALSO LESS AND EXCEPT right-of-way on South side thereof for Interstate 4 (S.R. Rd. 400).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
