NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a order resetting sale of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated December 9, 2011 entered in Case No. 09-CA-001321 DIV F of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Edgar M. Ardila; Sandra J. Gomez; Canterbury Trail at Cross Creek Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Aegis Wholesale Corporation are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County Courthouse, George E. Edgecomb, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10 A.M., on January 23, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
LOT 28 OF CROSS CREEK GARDENS SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TOTHE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 107, PAGE 122 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
