NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered on December 19, 2011 in Case No. 29-2009-CA-012717 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC1, is Plaintiff, and, GERALDINE IRENE GOOLSBY A/K/A GERALDINE I. GOOLSBY A/K/A GERALDI, et. al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, 2ND FLOOR GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, LOCATED AT THE 800 E. TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602, at the hour of 2 pm, on the 25th day of January, 2012, the following described property:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO WIT:
START 25 FEET WEST AND 420 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 210 FEET; THENCE WEST 210 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 210 FEET; THENCE EAST 210 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 35 FEET THEREOF CONVEYED TO HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4413, PAGE 1897.
