K, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC., is the Plaintiff and GILBERTO AYALA and RAUL M. AYALA, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY JUSTICE CENTER/COURTHOUSE, 800 Twiggs StreetTampa, Florida 33602 AT 10 A.M., ON THE 10 DAY OF February, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
