NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered December 13, 2011, in Case Number 10-CA-013346 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the property situate in Hillsborough, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, Block 11, GENERAL MAP OF TAMPA, as per map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, page 7, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida,
Together with all fixtures and equipment as well as all other improvements and fixtures now attached to or used in connection with the above described property.
The real property, buildings, improvements, fixtures, equipment, accessions thereto, appurtenances and all replacements and additions thereof and thereto, all leases and rents therefrom, and all collateral described above are hereinafter referred to as the “Property.”
at Public Sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602 at 10:00 A.M. on the 23 day of January, 2012.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
