notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 19, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-006884 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Ronald A. Rachu a/k/a Ronald Rachu are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on January 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 46, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE (S) 77 AND 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
