NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2011, and entered in 11-CA-012785 DIV A of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and CARMEN S. CHERVIN A/K/A CARMEN CHERVIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARMEN S. CHERVIN A/K/A CARMEN CHERVIN; COLLEGE CHASE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION; INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, at 10:00 AM on February 13, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 3, COLLEGE CHASE PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 105, PAGE 203, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
