Final Judgment was awarded on September 28, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 112008CA000306000IXX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL FUNDING COMPANY, LLC F/K/A RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, ERLAND R. ROCA A/K/A ERLAND R. ROCA MAERTENS; CAROLINA ROCA; TIMBERWOOD OF NAPLES ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
