Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 4, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 218, LAKEVIEW CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE V, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDS IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1067, PAGE 2203, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 91, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 187, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 17, PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 5026 WATER OAK DR #218, BRADENTON, FL 34207; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on JANUARY 5, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
