NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 019509 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SHARON J. JOYCE; DECEASED, CENTURY BANK FSB; KATHLEEN BUTLER; KELLY JOYCE A/K/A MICHAEL KELLY JOYCE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 10th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15781 AND 15782, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT NO. 60, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
