NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 2nd day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009602 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA is the Plaintiff and MONIKA PIAZZA; WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; DOMINICK TARANTOLA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MONIKA PIAZZA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 OF WESLO WILLOWS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
