NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-002888 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J. PETERS; THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND; TENANT #1 N/K/A MONTE JACOBS, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ELIZABETH JACOBS are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 10th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
