NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 14th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. Case No. 2009 CA 011647 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-C, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and DAVID G CALARESE, FLORIDA SOUTHERN ROOFING & SHEETMETAL, INC., US FUNDING GROUP, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, WINDING OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID G CALARESE, MARILYN P GOLDBLATT, STANLEY HAIDL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realfor eclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 6th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 9, WINDING OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2067, PAGES 1018 THROUGH 1080, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 27, PAGES 27, 27A THROUGH 27I, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
