ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-19, is the Plaintiff and JASON MATHEWS; AMBER WHITTEMORE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; JOCKEY CLUB OF NORTH PORT PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 01/18/2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
