Notice is HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 2010 CA 000492 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and DANIEL E. RILEY and TAMARA J. TUTKO, are the Defendant, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale held online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 24th day of April, 2012, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
