NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 19, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2010-CA-002209 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and STANISLAWA SWISTAK; MISSION ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, FSB; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERT CZARNECKI, and TENANT #2 N/K/A SARA SWISTAK are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
