NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 5, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58 2010 CA 008116 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CATHERINE H. FLETCHER; SHAWN P. FLETCHER; CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC. F/K/A COMMERCIAL CREDIT CONSUMER SERVICES,INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
