NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007251-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DANIEL LUCAS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL LUCAS N/K/A SUSAN LUCAS; VINTAGE GRAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROCKER'S LAKE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A CHRISTINA MATSUO, and TENANT #2 N/K/A MARIA BRAGA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 20th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
