NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012518 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R4 is Plaintiff and GREGORY LEE BOLDIN A/K/A GREGORY L. BOLDIN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GREGORY LEE BOLDIN A/K/A GREGORY L. BOLDIN; KIMBERLY JANE BOLDIN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 12 day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 102, LOCKWOOD MEADOWS, UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
