NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 13, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-004895-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and PHILIP D. NELSON; RON GIARRUSSO; STEVE VANLENTEN; LUIS F. HASBROUCK; MAX WIMSCHNEIDER; SYNOVUS BANK OF TAMPA BAY; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
