NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 8, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 2009-CA-010328-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR6, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM O. MAKI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; OAKMONTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; HUNTINGTON POINTE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 13th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
