ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-8, is the Plaintiff and MARY GRUWELL; TAMARON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
