ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-26, is the Plaintiff and RICK L. LAMB A/K/A RICKY LAMB; CARLINA R. LAMB; SOUTH LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 18th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
