NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled action on November 15, 2011 and the Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale Set for December 20, 2011, the property described in the attached Exhibit “A” will be sold by the clerk of this court via Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. January 25, 2012, to the highest bidder or bidders, for cash.

Condominium Unit 104 S, COLONY BEACH AND TENNIS CLUB, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 1025, Page 200, as amended from time to time, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 7, pages 12, 12A through 12F, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk within 60 days after the sale.
