NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 58-2008-CA-013398 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NA is the Plaintiff and FREDERICK R. LACROIX; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; SUSAN D. LACROIX; HIDDEN LAKES CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of January, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 65, HIDDEN LAKES CLUB, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 19, 19A AND 19B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.TA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
