OCTOBER KNOWN AS THE
DIHN FAMILY LAND TRUST #7623; THE UNKNOWN
SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE DIHN FAMILY LAND TRUST #7623, DATED 5TH DAY OF
OCTOBER; TENANT #1; and
TENANT #2, as unknown tenants in possession,
Defendants.
TO: THE UNKNOWN SETTLORS/BENEFICIARIES OF THE DIHN FAMILY LAND TRUST #7623, DATED 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against them, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including heirs, devisees and creditors of them.
The property herein described is as follows:
LOT 14, TRILLIUM SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, pages 35, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by TRILLIUM HOA, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Fredericks, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or January 30, 2012; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW NEWSPAPER.
